DAVIT SYSTEMS
Our davit systems are manufactured for tender and lifeboat applications as well as for life rafts. The load capacities, ship connections and strokes are flexible according to the customer’s wishes. All the systems are approved by the respective classification societies and tested in our in-house test facilities. Our service technicians can install and commission the systems on site.
DOOR AND HATCH SYSTEMS
All the systems are delivered as ready-made weld-in modules and manufactured according to your dimension and load specifications. Various material versions, such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium, can be used. All the systems include the desired drive and locking systems and can be installed and commissioned on site by our service technicians.
SEA TERRACES
All the systems are manufactured according your dimension and load specifications and are delivered as ready-made weld-in modules. Various material versions, such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium, can be used. All the systems include the desired drive and locking systems as well as windows and railing systems. After completion, the sea terraces can be installed and commissioned on site by our service technicians.
POOL LIFTING FLOORS
Our pool lifting floors are designed, manufactured and moved by means of scissor lift systems according to your specifications. They are driven and locked by cylinders operated by water hydraulics. Our floors can be manufactured in stainless steel and aluminium.
LIFEBOAT & LIFE RAFT CRANES
Our free-standing cranes product range includes tender and lifeboat cranes and life raft cranes. The connection to the ship is made via ready-to-weld foundation buoys. The payloads, materials and lengths are flexibly designed and manufactured according to your specifications. Installation and commissioning can be carried out by our service technicians on site.
RUDDER SYSTEMS AND STABILISERS
Our rudder systems and stabilisers are dimensioned and manufactured according to the regulations of the classification societies. They are driven by hydraulic cylinders and corresponding coupling rods. All the systems are delivered with the relevant electrical and hydraulic controls.
REAR AND SIDE GANGWAYS
Our gangway systems are individually adapted to our customers’ wishes and flexibly designed and manufactured. All the systems are equipped with the desired railing systems, lighting and a laid teak walkway and provided with a high-quality colour coating. The corresponding bulwark modules and cover flaps are also delivered on request. All the systems are demonstrated to our customers prior to delivery and then installed and commissioned on site by our service technicians.
LIGHT AND RADAR MASTS
Our light and radar masts are made to be single, double or triple telescopic and are driven by double-acting hydraulic cylinders. The lighting and radar attachments at the top are manufactured flexibly according to the customer’s wishes, and some are also equipped with covers for helipads. The telescopic masts can be ordered in stainless steel or CFRP.
CENTRAL HYDRAULICS
Our hydraulic power units are flexibly manufactured according to the customer’s wishes and equipped with output-regulated or constant pumps. For our rescue systems, the central hydraulic units are equipped with the corresponding “stored power” units for emergency operation.
SUN AWNINGS
Our sun awnings are flexibly manufactured according to the customer’s wishes and integrated into the ceiling structures of the yachts. All the systems are electrically operated and connected to the ship’s wind measuring system, with the result that they retract automatically if the wind load is too high.
